Lopen Rakennuspuu Ltd is a family business founded in 1974, which has operated as a limited company since 1987. Action, however, began already in the 1940s as the co-owner's grandfather started a circular saw. The first few years the company employed only family members, but over the years the company has grown to the current staff volume. In 2008, the company went through a generational succession, when the company's main shareholders sold their entire stock to Tommi Kurki and Mirja Tuomenoja. The company now employs 17 employees and its owners.

Lopen Rakennuspuu Ltd manufactures, processes and sales ready to install solid wood furnishings and blanks for builders and home decorators. Our main products are high quality, knot-free interior panels, delivered to the customer surface-finished and with ready-to-install lenghts.
